HOW TO START YOUR DAY WITH ‘PRIMING’ – AN EASY GAME CHANGER!

It’s a great way to get your body and mind ‘going’ in a morning and it only takes 15 minutes. What’s more there’s a free resource that explains all about it here. There’s also a guiding video at the bottom of the link for you to do it along with. You literally can’t go wrong!!!

Priming helps you get into a ‘Peak State’

To start your day in the right frame of mind. Lots of us have heard the benefits of Yoga and meditation, but do we actually do them? Priming is quick, easy to do and impossible to get wrong – but you do have to do it to get the benefits! As always it’s the execution, o the ‘doing’ that’s always the had part. Hence, I always do it fist thing in the morning. That way I know it’s done, I don’t have to ty to juggle it into my day late on.

Priming helps us thing about the good things in life and focus on our goals and targets going forward. It helps gain us a positive mind set and remember the good things in life. That’s gotta be a great way to start your day.
